Arthur Gabriel is a prominent attorney, entrepreneur, and real estate investor who has built a distinguished career across law, business, and property development. A graduate of Touro University’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law, he has been a member of the New York Bar Association since 2010.
Mr. Gabriel is widely recognized for his contributions to the legal profession. He co-founded one of New York’s largest no-fault litigation practices, representing more than 10,000 medical providers statewide. In 2010, he joined Gabriel & Shapiro, LLC as operations managing partner, where he oversaw human resources, technology, program development, and legal process optimization.
He later established the Law Offices of Gabriel & Moroff, P.C., focusing on maximizing client recoveries and strengthening attorney-provider relationships. Over the course of his career, he has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts, and awards on behalf of his clients, earning a reputation for results-driven advocacy.
Today, Mr. Gabriel leads three law firms—Gabriel & Moroff, P.C., Gabriel Law Firm, P.C., and Gabriel, Grajales & Moroff, PLLC. Through Gabriel Law Firm, P.C., he handles complex personal injury and wrongful death cases, while at Gabriel, Grajales & Moroff, PLLC, he has emerged as a leading advocate for workers’ compensation, ensuring injured employees obtain the compensation and benefits they deserve.

His first major project—a 44-unit condominium in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, completed in 2014—marked the beginning of a thriving development track record.
Chateau Gabriel Group specializes in value-add investment opportunities and operates with fully integrated in-house underwriting, asset management, and property management. Today, the company manages over 1,000 residential and commercial units across New York City and Long Island, delivering superior service to tenants and strong returns to investors.
Mr. Gabriel is currently leading five separate development projects in Williamsburg, Park Slope, and Manhattan, alongside several large-scale rehabilitation initiatives across Brooklyn and beyond. His portfolio further includes a medical office building in Rockville Centre, a distressed retail property in Brooklyn, and a variety of single-family and mixed-use assets throughout Long Island.
