Alina Gavrilov, Esq.

Alina Gavrilov, Esq. is a Partner at Gabriel Law and a dedicated personal injury attorney representing clients throughout New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in civil litigation through both law firm experience and a judicial internship with Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Daniel Palmieri. During that internship, she drafted several summary judgment motion decisions under Justice Palmieri’s supervision, including one published in the New York Law Journal.

Ms. Gavrilov has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 2015 and focuses her practice on personal injury and tort litigation. Her prior experience in defending claims for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies gives her a strategic advantage when taking on insurers and fighting for maximum compensation for her clients.

In addition to serving as a managing attorney and overseeing support staff, Ms. Gavrilov has participated in the resolution of millions of dollars for the firm’s clients. Ms. Gavrilov is a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and has also been recognized as one of the Top 40 under 40 Attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers.
