Matthew Sledzinski is a Partner at The Law Offices of Gabriel & Moroff, P.C., where his practice focuses on No-Fault Law and personal injury litigation. Matthew plays an integral role in the firm’s litigation practice, concentrating on Examinations Under Oath (“EUOs”) and overseeing all Declaratory Judgment matters.
Highly skilled in trial and motion practice, Matthew regularly appears in all five New York City Civil Courts, as well as the Long Island District Courts and Supreme Court of Nassau County. Having started his career defending insurance carrier it gives Matthew a distinct advantage and understanding of how the insurer works. This understanding coupled with his strategic approach to litigation, allows him to deliver effective, results-driven representation for the firm’s clients.
Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, where he graduated in 2013 with honors in Child Advocacy.
